These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of SaaSLeadsBuddy, operated by Botbuddy LLP. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

SaaSLeadsBuddy provides software that monitors public conversations on supported platforms (including Reddit, Quora, YouTube, X, and LinkedIn), scores intent signals, and generates draft responses for your review.

You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and posting all content from your own accounts. The Service does not auto-post on your behalf unless a feature explicitly states otherwise and you enable it.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure.

You are responsible for all activity under your account and for complying with each platform’s terms of service, community guidelines, and applicable laws.

You must not use the Service for spam, harassment, illegal activity, or to violate third-party rights.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to bypass rate limits, scrape beyond licensed scope, reverse engineer the product, or interfere with other users.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose risk to the Service, other users, or third-party platforms.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle as selected at checkout. Prices are shown on our pricing page and may change with notice for future billing periods.

Free trials, if offered, convert to paid plans unless cancelled before the trial ends. Refunds are handled according to our refund policy stated at purchase or as required by law.

We own the Service, branding, software, and documentation. You retain ownership of content you create. You grant us a limited license to process your inputs and connected data solely to operate the Service.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee specific lead volume, conversion rates, account safety on third-party platforms, or uninterrupted availability.

AI-generated drafts may contain errors. You must review all output before posting.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Botbuddy LLP and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Botbuddy LLP from claims arising from your use of the Service, your posted content, or your violation of these Terms or third-party rights.

You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or for operational reasons with reasonable notice where practicable.

Sections that by nature should survive termination (including payment obligations, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law.
